Family photos are one of the most important parts of the day. For everything to flow easily, I recommend asking your officiant to announce for all immediate family to stay seated (or immediately return) for family formals at the ceremony site right after the ceremony. I also recommend being tucked away right after exiting the ceremony because people will stop you to chat, and this is best to be saved for at the reception after all photos are finished!
I wish I could be the one to gather everyone but I obviously don't know everyone's names or faces. If you have a family member on each side who can help gather the family members needed for each grouping, this will make the time go so much quicker!!
Below, you can type in the list of your family groupings WITH NAMES and I will print this off for the day. These family formals are more so for your immediate and close family. If you want photos with distant, extended family, we can for sure do so during the reception.
If it's easier, you can copy and paste this list and just add names to the side.
